We value your satisfaction and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with an item you receive, we are committed to working with you to address the issue. We are more than happy to discuss your concerns and explore possibilities to recreate the item to better match your expectations.

3. Contacting Us:
If you are unsatisfied with an item you received and would like to discuss the possibility of recreating it, please email creative@simplyartanddesigns.com within 3 days from the date of delivery.  Kindly provide your order details and a clear description of the concerns you have with the item. Our team will promptly assist you and guide you through the process.

4. Recreating Process and Fees:
The recreation process will involve close collaboration between you and our team to understand your preferences and make necessary adjustments to the original design. Please note that depending on the specific circumstances, there may be additional fees associated with recreating the item. Our team will provide you with all the relevant information, including any applicable fees, before proceeding with the recreation.

5. Return of the Original Item:
In certain cases, we may request the return of the original item. This allows us to analyze and address the concerns more effectively. If requested, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item safely. Please note that any return shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping for Recreated Items:
Once the recreation process is complete, we will ship the newly created item to you using the same shipping method and carrier as the original order. The shipping time for recreated items may vary, depending on the complexity of the design and the current workload. Our team will provide you with an estimated timeline during the discussion of your concerns.
